Well global warming should make it colder here - the melting ice caps will move the gulf stream south and that is all that stops us from having similar weather to Canada, Russia and Scandinavia that are as northerly as us... Get used to it mate.
That's an awful lot of flumping going on. And I feel quite vindicated in my wussy avoidance of winter (and all other) sports. Exercise *is* bad for you.
