Thank you to all of those who sponsored me, and for helping me reach nearly £1,000 for the Lymphoma Association. Your kindness is appreciated by me, by the charity, and by those that the charity helps in the worst of circumstances.
I'll have no comments about the silly hat, either. 55m/s I fell! Forgive the silence too. Put your head next to a desk fan set to 'high', and you can emulate the experience for yourself!

I am now going to take a few days off, to realign my flappy cheeks and baggy neck, and to enjoy a little family time. Thank you too for your support for my Stations during Holy Week.
Back soon.
Well done David. What brilliant photography.
ReplyDeleteWe are uniquely blessed in having a priest who is half clown, half bird.
Whatever will you do next?
Enjoy your break, you've earned it.
Congratulations, David. I could never do that, so you have my deepest respect. Enjoy your break.
ReplyDeleteWow! And you wore your clericals - that is serious dedication in a good cause. Hope you are having a refreshing break now.
ReplyDeleteThanks to you all, but more especially to my sponsors. Without their kindness, this would have been nothing more than a laddish indulgence - but as it was, it was so much more!
ReplyDeleteWatch out for the next post at the weekend!
Congratulations! You are a very brave person :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's great to have causes you are passionate about. My daughter is a Relay for Life (cancer research) committee member. She does all kinds of stuff to support her cause. And that means the whole family gets involved...all 14 of us.
